Granted, the truly great staffers need no gimmicks, but being a novice, Ive mashed-in what I'm already good at to zazz up my staff routine~

This is moi, at the local burn practice. Since it's timelapse, you can only barely see I'm staff-spinning with a hula-hoop on my hips!

There's always the danger of the staff getting into the hoopzone, so it limits the angle and range of my tricks, but I've now done double-staff with a hoop at a local band's DVD taping, and it was a hit!
In time, I plan to graduate up to two staves and a FIRE-hoop! wish me luck!

Anyone else have something they mash-up with their staffspin? After kneehooping, I think I want to find a Lemon-Twist, that would look Kewl ;D
